MEMBERSHIP SALES SPECIALIST
Inspire | Empower | Transform
Are you a motivated sales professional looking to take your career to the next level? At Burn Boot Camp Appleton West, we are seeking a dynamic Membership Sales Specialist with a passion for fitness and a proven track record in sales. We value relationship-building and goal-oriented individuals who thrive in a competitive environment. With opportunities for growth and competitive commissions, this role is perfect for those ready to make an impact. If you have a background in sales and a drive to succeed, we want to hear from you!
SHIFTS AVAILABLE:
  • AM (4:15am-11:30am) and/or
  • PM (3:45pm-8:00pm)
  • 1-2 Saturday mornings/month (7:45am-12:00pm)

10-20 HOURS PER WEEK
MORE ABOUT THE POSITION:
  • Engage and build relationships with current and prospective members.
  • Achieve sales targets for memberships, retail, and nutrition products.
  • Strong interest in wellness and fitness.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Previous sales experience in fitness, retail sales, business development, or similar environments.
  • Execute the sales process: lead generation, follow-up, and closing.
  • Conduct facility tours and identify individual member needs.
  • Present membership options and confidently ask for the sale.
  • Follow up with prospects and maintain accurate records.
  • Contribute content for social media and assist with light cleaning.
