Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to oversee a team of Account Executives and Business Development Representatives. This position is responsible for driving sales performance, developing talent, executing strategic growth initiatives, and ensuring the team consistently achieves revenue objectives.
The ideal candidate is an experienced sales leader with a background in enterprise SaaS sales who is passionate about coaching teams, improving sales processes, and leveraging AI to enhance productivity, forecasting, and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of sales professionals to achieve and exceed revenue goals.
  • Coach team members on consultative selling techniques, negotiations, and customer relationship management.
  • Assist with high-value sales opportunities, customer presentations, and strategic negotiations.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies that drive pipeline growth and new business acquisition.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and improve sales efficiency throughout the customer lifecycle.

  • Evaluate sales performance metrics to identify trends, optimize conversion rates, and improve forecasting accuracy.
  • Recruit, onboard, coach, and retain high-performing sales talent while fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
  • Conduct regular pipeline reviews, performance evaluations, and one-on-one coaching sessions.
  • Establish sales plans and monitor key performance indicators to ensure consistent quota attainment and exceptional customer experiences.

Qualifications

  • Seven or more years of sales leadership experience within a SaaS or technology-focused organization.
