About the Role
SUNSHINE ENTERPRISE is seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales & Operations Manager to independently manage and expand the sales of stainless steel wire products across the United States. Based in the USA, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales performance, handling end-to-end order processing, managing warehouse operations, and maintaining optimal inventory levels.
Key Responsibilities
  • Drive and manage sales of stainless steel wire products across the USA market.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Identify new market opportunities and provide competitive market analysis.
  • Handle negotiation and closing of deals independently.
  • Process sales orders, coordinate with warehouse for timely dispatch and logistics.
  • Manage inventory control and ensure accurate stock levels.
  • Oversee daily operations at the warehouse, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
  • Ensure proper documentation and adherence to regulatory requirements.
  • Prepare and submit regular sales performance reports and market insights to management.
  • Coordinate with international suppliers for shipments, pricing, and availability.

Preferred Candidate Profile
  • Minimum 10+ years of experience in sales and operations, specifically in stainless steel wire products.
  • Strong background in warehouse management and inventory control.
