As an ESOP company, you earn shares in the company per year based on performance. The organization operates a network of more than 1,500 warehouses across the U.S. and Canada, enabling efficient new build, remodel, re-branding, and roll-out projects. NDS provides coordinated handling of materials from multiple vendors, centralized online inventory, and secure storage. The company also offers precise local, time-specific lift-gate and white-glove deliveries, ensuring reliable service and strong customer partnerships.
Role Description
The Sales Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Chesterfield, MO, responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding NDS's customer base. This role includes managing existing client relationships, identifying new business opportunities in target industries, and presenting NDS's warehousing and distribution solutions. The Sales Manager will develop and execute sales strategies, prepare proposals and quotes, lead negotiations, and track sales performance against goals. Daily tasks involve collaborating with operations and customer service teams to ensure seamless project delivery, maintaining accurate records in CRM tools, and providing regular reporting to leadership. The Sales Manager will also participate in industry events, support marketing initiatives, and continuously refine sales processes to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
Strong sales, business development, and account management skills, with experience managing the full sales cycle.
Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships, including effective communication and customer service skills.
Background in logistics, warehousing, distribution, or related services is highly beneficial.
