Sales Performance Management (SPM) refers to the set of processes, tools, and practices used by organizations to plan, monitor, and optimize sales performance. It typically includes activities such as setting sales targets, tracking sales results, managing incentive compensation, and analyzing data to improve sales effectiveness. SPM helps ensure that sales teams are aligned with business goals and are motivated to achieve their targets. By providing insights and automating key processes, SPM enhances productivity and drives revenue growth.

How does a professional in sales performance management typically collaborate with sales teams to improve results?
