Role and Responsibilities
This role focuses on managing and optimizing sales operations processes in Plano, Texas. The Senior Professional I will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business goals, provide insightful reporting on sales performance metrics, and drive continuous improvement.
Roles & Responsibilities:
  • Monitor sales quotas to ensure team members are meeting their targets and provide timely interventions and support as needed.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and surpass revenue targets.
  • Oversee and refine the sales process from lead generation through to the closing of deals, ensuring a seamless and efficient journey for both sales teams and customers.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product management, and customer support, to align efforts with overall business objectives.
  • Regularly produce detailed reports and provide actionable insights on sales performance metrics to inform strategic decisions.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 8-10 years of experience in sales operations or data analysis.
  • Experience with Alteryx for data blending and advanced analytics.
  • Proficiency in using Salesforce for managing sales operations and CRM.
  • Skilled in utilizing Tableau and relational databases for data visualization and business intelligence.

Skills and Qualifications
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools and methodologies.
  • Experience in the consumer electronics or retail industry.
  • Familiarity with SAP ERP or similar business systems.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills for working in a dynamic, matrixed organization.
