Position Overview

The Sales Operations Coordinator plays a pivotal role in driving the success of our Sales and Operations Departments. Sales Operations Coordinators provide indispensable support to the sales team and ensure seamless execution of sales and implementation processes, delivering an exceptional client experience. This position requires meticulous attention to detail, effective communication and organizational skills, and a passion for sales operations.


Primary Responsibilities

  • Support the sales team by managing sales processes, including processing online paperwork, reviewing contracts for accuracy and completeness, and collecting outstanding client documents.
  • Ensure strict compliance with client-required documentation and initiate service set-up by creating cases.
  • Collaborate with other departments to optimize sales operations, maximize efficiency, and meet critical deadlines.
  • Monitor dashboards for client files and projects, ensuring timely turnaround.
  • Serve as a liaison between Sales and various departments, providing troubleshooting assistance, and educating Account Executives on client paperwork requirements.
  • Offer comprehensive administrative support to a large team of sales representatives, including addressing inquiries, managing business card orders, and facilitating marketing material procurement.
  • Exemplify the values and culture of the department and company, fostering strong teamwork and synergy internally and externally.

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field required.
  • Proficiency in computer skills, including Salesforce, CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to follow through on tasks and projects.
  • Excellent communication, active listening, and presentation skills.
  • Exceptional multitasking abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple projects concurrently.

Physical requirements

The base pay range for this position is $17.12 - $24.00/hour; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
