Sales & Business Analysis

· Analyze sales performance, trends, and key metrics to support decision-making

· Provide regular reporting and actionable insights to the Sales Account Manager

· Assist in forecasting demand and identifying risks/opportunities

Forecasting & Planning

· Support short- and long-term business forecasting

· Help prepare for line reviews and strategic planning meetings

Item Setup & Maintenance

· Manage new item setup and ensure accuracy across systems

· Maintain product data and ensure alignment with Walmart requirements

Compliance & Operations

· Monitor and ensure compliance with Walmart shipping and operational standards

· Conduct compliance testing and resolve issues proactively

Order Management

· Oversee order flow from placement through fulfillment

· Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate shipments

Deductions & Chargebacks

· Review, research, and resolve deductions and chargebacks when needed

· Identify root causes and implement preventative measures

In-Store Execution

· Perform regular local store visits to assess shelf conditions, inventory levels, and execution

· Provide feedback and recommendations based on store observations

Retail Readiness

· Prepare materials and analysis for line reviews

· Support modular reset planning and execution
