As a Deal Operations Analyst, this role focuses on empowering our Deal Desk team with information and support to effectively support our Enterprise sellers and their customers.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with Operational teams, Product Business Units, and Pricing Strategy to bring Go-To-Market offers to life and ensure smooth execution.
  • Enable Deal Desk Analysts by coordinating, delivering, and supporting training on Enterprise Go-To-Market products and processes.
  • Establish and uphold transparent approval pathways and process documentation that facilitate team navigation through Adobe’s Enterprise offerings.
  • Keep global teams informed by communicating changes to go-to-market strategy, processes, and systems that impact deal support.
  • Contribute to strategic projects within Pricing and Revenue Operations, championing innovation and continuous improvement in quote-to-cash processes.
  • Act as a trusted first point of contact for team members needing guidance on quote-to-contract processes in CRM, CPQ, and CLM solutions.
  • Fix and resolve reported issues quickly to keep the business moving.
  • Build a solid foundation for team success through detailing common issues, solutions, and user guides that encourage self-service and collaboration.
  • Support system administration activities, including user management, permissions, and configuration updates.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • A bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Operations, or a related field; or 3–5 years of industry-specific experience that provides equivalent knowledge.
  • 3+ years of experience as a business process analyst or similar role, with strong expertise in quote-to-contract operations and hands-on knowledge of Salesforce and/or Microsoft Dynamics.
  • Experience using case management tools to support documentation, workflow, and issue management.
  • Exceptional communication skills, able to simplify complex topics, build alignment, and influence outcomes across diverse collaborators.
  • Demonstrable ability to identify challenges, propose thoughtful solutions, and drive initiatives to completion in a fast-paced, evolving business landscape.
  • Adaptability and resilience to shifting priorities, with the ability to thrive in a dynamic, rapidly evolving environment.
