Job description

ZeroFox 

seeks a Senior Sales Operations Analyst to support the sales organization through quoting, reporting, and day-to-day data analysis. This role owns the quote-to-cash process through CPQ, builds the dashboards leadership relies on, and partners closely with Sales and Sales Operations to keep the business running efficiently. This is a highly-visible role for someone who wants to grow their career and become a core part of a fast-moving team.


Role and responsibilities

  • Create, manage, and troubleshoot quotes through Salesforce CPQ, supporting the end-to-end quote-to-cash process
  • Build and maintain reports and dashboards in Salesforce to support forecasting, pipeline, and performance reporting
  • Partner with Sales and Sales Operations leadership to analyze data and identify trends, gaps, and opportunities
  • Build and maintain advanced Excel models and analysis for ad hoc and recurring business needs
  • Support data hygiene and integrity within Salesforce
  • Serve as a trusted Salesforce power user for the sales team
  • Identify process improvements and support their implementation


Requirements

  • 3-5+ years of experience in a sales operations, sales analyst, or related role (senior-level experience expected)
  • Strong working experience in Salesforce: running reports, building dashboards, and navigating the platform daily (administrative experience not required)
  • Hands-on CPQ experience: creating and managing quotes and understanding quote-to-cash
  • Advanced Excel skills: pivot tables, lookups, and dashboard building
  • Solid written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, and Sales Operations
