Claris, a wholly owned subsidiary of Apple, empowers problem solvers at organizations of every size to create custom solutions. Our flagship product, FileMaker, has been in market for 40 years as part of the Apple family, and it's now joined by a new generation of high-growth products, some already in market and others on the way.The Claris Marketing team is looking for a Senior Marketing Program Manager to drive the execution of our go-to-market programs. This role is a trusted operator for marketing leadership: someone who can take a major initiative from kickoff through delivery, orchestrate work across many teams, and clear the friction points that slow great work down. The right person knows marketing from the inside, understands how campaigns and launches come together, and loves turning strategy into clear plans that ship.

Our work spans two rhythms: milestone-driven launches and campaigns, and always-on content across email, social, paid media, and content marketing. You'll manage both, turning strategy into clear plans and keeping stakeholders and leadership aligned along the way.You will also run the team's working rhythm, using agile practices, including planning sessions, reviews, and retrospectives that are structured and outcome-driven. You will turn each launch into a set of concrete improvements we apply to the next one.

Minimum Qualifications
  • 7+ years of program or project management experience within a marketing organization
  • Experience with the go-to-market process, including campaign development, product launches, creative production, and coordination across email, social, paid, search, content marketing, and emerging channels
  • Experience partnering with senior leadership to plan and drive cross-functional initiatives
  • Experience delivering multi-team programs on time, from kickoff through completion
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience supporting launch readiness for software or technology products
  • Experience working in Scrum, including sprint planning, backlog management, reviews, and retrospectives
  • Experience managing work intake, prioritization, and capacity planning
  • Proficiency with Jira or similar tools
  • A team builder and trusted partner who builds relationships and creates the conditions for teams to collaborate effectively and deliver results
  • A continuous-improvement mindset, with a habit of documenting what works and applying it to future programs
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and adjusting plans as priorities and business needs shift
