Senior Helpers of Southern Indiana is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales & Marketing Manager to join our team in Evansville, IN. This role is vital to driving business growth through effective sales strategies and marketing initiatives that promote our brand and services within the community.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company growth objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with referral sources and community partners
  • Develop and manager new referral sources through face to face meetings, networking
  • Contact and engage 8 to10 referral sources daily to develop relationships and gain referrals
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities.
  • Arrange presentations of Senior Helpers services at meetings in healthcare and senior-related organizations
  • Attend trade shows, conferences, and community networking events
  • Track and report on sales performance metrics and marketing ROI.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in sales and marketing management.
  • Strong knowledge of marketing strategies and sales techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with the senior care industry is a plus.
  • Proficiency with CRM software and marketing tools.
