Responsibilities:Represent the hotel's services and facilities to prospective clients and customers in the hotels continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability.

You will generate room revenue through the execution of strategic planning and performance to achieve/exceed individual revenue goals within assigned market segments.

Requirements:

  • Experience: A minimum of 3-5 years as a Sales Manager in a Hyatt brand or luxury hotel
  • Education: A four-year college degree from an accredited institution is desired
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and and Hospitality CRM system (STS, Delphi ect.)
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly and concisely
  • Organizational Skills: Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently, including timely follow-up on tentative business and development of new opportunities
  • Team Collaboration: Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a competitive environment and manage interpersonal conflicts professionally

* For applicants working in Schaumburg IL, the anticipated compensation range is $75k-$85k per year. The salary offered to a successful candidate will depend on several factors, including but not limited to years of experience within the job, years of experience within the required industry, education, etc.
