Automotive Sales Manager

Job Summary

We’re looking for a dynamic Automotive Sales Manager to lead and inspire our sales team. In this role, you'll be responsible for developing high-performing sales professionals, setting and achieving ambitious sales targets, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Recruit, hire, train, and manage a high performing sales team.
  • Desk deals, track revenue logs, and manage retail delivery reports.
  • Provide ongoing coaching, support, and development to improve individual and team results.
  • Set a clear vision and goals for the sales team to achieve targeted performance in new and used vehicle sales and profit.
  • Support the sales team in the showroom, assisting with customer interactions and closing deals.
  • Manage the negotiation process with the sales team to ensure customers understand their vehicle purchase options and pricing.
  • Appraise vehicles for trade.
  • Maintain a positive and customer-focused sales process from start to finish.
  • Comply with all company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in automotive sales and dealership management.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
  • Proficient in computer applications and basic math.
  • Self-motivated with a track record of achieving and exceeding goals.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
