About the Role

We are seeking a Territory Sales Manager to drive growth within the Huntsville, AL market. This is a field-based, high-impact role focused on new business development, while also managing and growing existing accounts.
You will have significant autonomy to build your territory, supported by a strong internal team and an expansive product offering.
Compensation:

Competitive base salary + uncapped commission with strong earning potential. First-year earnings supported with a guaranteed ramp.
What Youll Do

  • Proactively identify and develop new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and outreach
  • Visit customer sites to understand needs, present solutions, and build long-term relationships
  • Manage and grow existing accounts while expanding share of wallet
  • Own your territory and drive revenue growth against defined targets
  • Collaborate with inside sales, customer service, and operations to ensure a seamless customer experience
  • Maintain pipeline activity and track progress in CRM
