Genesis Health Clubs is seeking hospitality driven Sales Managers. The Sales Manager is responsible for achieving and exceeding monthly membership sales and
membership dues growth goals through the recruitment, hiring, training, coaching, motivation, and
accountability of a high-performing sales team. Working under the direct leadership of the Club
Manager, the Sales Manager serves as the primary sales leader of the club while simultaneously
maintaining strong personal sales production.
This position plays a critical role in driving membership growth, increasing guest traffic, improving sales
conversion rates, and ensuring a positive net gain in members and membership dues each month. The
Sales Manager is expected to be fully immersed in all aspects of the club's membership production and
retention efforts while ensuring company sales systems, processes, and key performance indicators
(KPIs) are consistently achieved by the club, the sales team, and themselves.
QUALIFICATIONS
Preferred
• Minimum 2 years of successful sales experience, preferably in health clubs, fitness, hospitality, retail, or
service-based industries.
• Previous sales leadership, supervisory, or team development experience.
• Proven ability to consistently achieve sales goals and performance targets.
• Strong recruiting, interviewing, coaching, and team-building skills.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship-building abilities.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to lead by example while balancing personal production and team leadership responsibilities.
• Proficiency with CRM systems, sales tracking tools, and basic business software.
