- Develops a thorough knowledge of UFPI-utilized Business Systems, applications, and sales tools.
- Enters orders in systems accurately and efficiently.
- Prepares detailed reports as required by supervisors and management.
- Utilizes MS Office Suite proficiently, including Teams and Outlook, to manage time, communication, and organizational tasks.
- Develops a comprehensive understanding of company products, procedures, and policies related to sales.
- Communicates effectively with all organizational levels and the public, both verbally and in writing.
- Demonstrates the ability to develop and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Assists in customer service activities, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Manages multiple tasks simultaneously, sets priorities, and meets deadlines consistently.
