Job description

Pronto Heating & Air Conditioning is scouting a full-time HVAC Service Tech to troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair residential heating and cooling systems, as well as make sales in the Edina, MN area. We offer this position an hourly wage of $17-$40, based on experience and skill set, plus sales commissions of up to $80,000/year. Our HVAC Service Tech's have an earning potential of up to $175,000 annually!

The typical work schedule is Mon - Fri, but all HVAC technicians work an on-call rotation for after-hours and weekends. You'll also enjoy family health benefits, dental benefits, a 401k with match, 2-3 weeks of paid vacation, an iPhone, an iPad, company uniforms, and 100-200 hours of tech & sales training each year. Our HVAC Technicians also get to drive a company truck home each evening and all tools are provided!
