Compensation & Schedule

  • Competitive base salary + quarterly uncapped commission (target ~30%)

  • Commission guaranteed for your first quarter (ramp support from day 1)

  • Hybrid schedule (3 days/week onsite)

  • Candidates can be based in either Buffalo, NY, Irvine, CA, Scottsdale, AZ or Greeg, SC.

  • Schedule flexibility is strongly preferred


About the Role

Ingram Micro is making a significant investment in our SMB (Small & Medium Business) segment and expanding our team to support that growth. As part of this initiative, we're hiring 20+ Account Representatives to help drive momentum and capture new opportunities across our reseller base.


This is a high-energy, customer-facing role where you'll own and grow a portfolio of accounts, drive revenue, and deliver an exceptional customer experience.


You'll serve as a trusted partner and escalation point for your customers-helping them succeed while making a direct impact on the business.


What You'll Do
  • Own and grow a portfolio of approximately 125 reseller accounts (mix of new and established)

  • Build strong relationships and act as a primary point of contact and escalation

  • Spot and act on opportunities to increase revenue, margin, and product adoption

  • Drive day-to-day sales activity including quoting, follow-ups, and closing opportunities

  • Proactively engage customers to uncover new business needs and position solutions

  • Partner cross-functionally with internal teams and vendors to drive results

  • Prioritize effectively in a high-volume, fast-paced environment

  • Set clear expectations and follow through with urgency and accuracy

The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $44,500.00 - $75,600.00 per year.

The ranges above reflect the potential annual base pay across the U.S. for all roles; the applicable base pay range will depend on the candidate's primary work location, pay grade, and variable compensation plan. Individual base pay within each range depends on various factors, in addition to primary work location, such as complexity and responsibility of role, job duties/requirements, and relevant experience and skills. Base pay ranges are reviewed and typically updated each year. Offers are made within the base pay range applicable at the time of hire. New hires starting base pay generally falls in the bottom half (between the minimum and midpoint) of a pay range.

At Ingram Micro certain roles are eligible for additional rewards, including merit increases, annual bonus or sales incentives and long-term incentives. These awards are allocated based on position level and individual performance.
