Job Title: Integrated Project Manager

Location: Dearborn, MI (Hybrid/Onsite)
Duration: Contract

Job Summary

We are seeking an Integrated Project Manager to support the OEM Delivery team by managing sales event campaigns, regional websites, and email product delivery. The ideal candidate will partner with business, technology, QA, and agency teams to ensure successful planning, execution, and delivery of digital initiatives. This role requires strong client-facing communication, Agile project management, and cross-functional coordination.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage end-to-end project delivery for sales events, regional websites, and email campaigns.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for business stakeholders, clients, and agency partners.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams, ensuring project milestones and deliverables are met.
  • Create and manage Agile user stories, backlog refinement, sprint planning, and Jira tracking.
  • Facilitate project meetings, document action items, and provide executive-ready status reports.
  • Coordinate release planning, Go/No-Go readiness reviews, and production deployments.
  • Partner with QA teams to ensure successful validation and product launches.
  • Identify project risks, resolve issues proactively, and drive mitigation plans.
  • Continuously improve project workflows, documentation, and delivery processes.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
  • Relevant 3 - 5+ years of Project Management experience in technology, digital, or software delivery environments.
  • Hands-on experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
  • Strong client-facing communication and stakeholder management experience.
  • Experience managing cross-functional teams and multiple concurrent projects.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience with Jira, Confluence, Rally, and Microsoft Office Suite.
Qualifications
  • Experience in Digital Marketing, eCommerce, or Retail promotional campaigns.
  • Automotive OEM industry experience.
  • Experience with email campaign production and deployment.
  • Knowledge of Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) or other CMS platforms.
  • Familiarity with pricing engines, incentives platforms, dealer networks, or automotive marketing.
