As ISI accelerates its growth and focuses on scaling its operations, we are seeking a knowledgeable and team-oriented Sales Engineer to join our GTM Market team. This role will play a pivotal part in supporting new business efforts by providing technical expertise and facilitating the discovery and qualification processes with our Sales Executives. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to a high-growth company that offers strong career development, a flexible work environment, and a collaborative culture.

- Compliance Translator: The Sales Engineer is responsible for asking targeted questions to understand a customer's business and environment, connecting what has been uncovered back to CMMC requirements, explaining gaps in plain language and architecting solutions that close them.

- Support Effective Post-Sale Handoff: The Sales Engineer must document what has been uncovered through technical discovery as part of structured knowledge transfers with ISI's service delivery teams.
Preferred Experience: - A strong candidate/applicant for the Sales Engineering position should have 3+ years' experience as a Sales Engineer or in an engineering role within an MSP, with familiarity in MSP economics and service delivery.

- A strong candidate/applicant for the Sales Engineering position should have helped organizations move toward CMMC compliance and understand what a CMMC certification assessment demands.
- A strong candidate/applicant for the Sales Engineering position can hold conversation with a prospect's IT leadership, as well as with technical stakeholders internal to ISI during working sessions.
- A strong candidate/applicant for the Sales Engineering position should be comfortable with being the person who tells a prospect the inconvenient truth when it's the right thing to do.
