Job description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Learning/Skills and Coaching Manager to lead our learning and development initiatives within Life Sciences and Healthcare. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in enablement and learning, ideally knowledge of MEDDPICC and the Allego platform. This role is pivotal in enhancing the skills and knowledge of our employees, driving professional growth, and ensuring alignment with our organizational goals.

About You - experience, education, skills, and accomplishments

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent

  • 7 Years of Relevant Experience, ideally in both Sales Enablement and Sales

  • Experience with digital learning platforms and e-learning content creation

  • Global experience which includes cross collaboration with functional teams and senior leadership

  • Proficiency in MEDDPICC

  • Masters degree

  • Certifications in coaching or related field

  • Proficiency with Allego or other sales enablement platforms

What will you be doing in this role?

About the Team

We are a small and dedicated global team driving sales enablement at scale, increasing the deal size and value across the sales community.

Hours of Work

  • This is a full-time position, primarily working core business hours in your time zone, with flexibility to adjust to various global time zones as needed.

  • This is a hybrid position working in the office up to 3 days a week.

The expected base salary for this position is $100,000 - $125,000 USD per year.This role is eligible for (incentive or bonus) earnings.Individual pay is based upon experience, education, skill and ability, expertise, and relevant factors.
