JOB SUMMARY:
The Sales & Marketing Response Specialist is a critical role within the Marketing and Sales department at The Cliffs as this person is responsible for and will manage all inbound leads across all marketing channels, campaigns and initiatives in addition to fulfillment, inventory, and reporting. This role will act as the liaison to our sales teams across all regions to ensure database accuracy, management of collateral and fulfillment, reporting and accountability. Additionally, this role will assist with database and marketing needs as available.


JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Serves at the first point of contact for all inbound inquiries from real estate campaigns. Qualifies interest, manages initial communications, tracks attribution and contact info with these leads and handles distribution to the appropriate entity.
  • Enable and train Sales, Marketing, and other internal stakeholders on database use, tracking, reporting and updates to current best practices within the database. Responsible for measurement and reporting to Sales and Marketing leadership on follow up sales efforts.
  • Manages email subscription preferences based on best practices and anti-spam laws.
  • Responsible for managing user access including onboarding, role changes and offboarding of user accounts ensuring access is limited to only what is needed for the user to perform their role.
  • Creation and updating of Reports and Dashboards that meet stakeholder requirements and conform to SOPs for naming conventions and access.
  • Perform exporting of data as needed for Direct Mailing, External Reporting, and Projects based on requirements.
  • Perform scheduled data audits.
  • Support the Database Systems Administrator with reporting and Data Cleaning.
  • Completes initial fulfillment, touch points and nurturing programs for all new leads.
  • Oversees fulfillment and nurturing at sales level to confirm consistency with marketing workflow and brand standards.
  • Manages inventory of marketing collateral, touch points, and fulfillment for items identified as part of each customer journey.
  • Assists with ensuring sales teams have all necessary assets to sell developer and brokerage listings.
  • Manages fulfillment document at direction of Real Estate Marketing Manager.
  • Ensure accuracy and routinely audits email nurturing campaigns.
  • Maintains an understanding of all active marketing campaigns and collateral developed by the marketing team in order to manage workflow and campaign attribution.
  • Works with the sales team on its use to ensure all stays on brand.
  • Maintains confidentiality of all clients and property owners in databases.
BACKGROUND/EXPERIENCE:


  • Degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field — or equivalent work experience in a database, marketing operations, or customer-facing role.
  • Excellent communication skills (oral and written)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace with advanced Excel skills, including the ability to build and manage complex formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis; familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
  • Professional phone skills with excellent customer service
  • Ability to organize, prioritize, meet deadlines and multi-task .
  • Ability to work in fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with salesforce.com and preferably experience with Marketing Cloud and PropertyBase
  • Strong working knowledge of CRM platforms (Salesforce prefered) and relational database concepts, including the ability to build and interpret reports and audit data for accuracy and completeness. Real Estate software is a plus.
  • Ability to deliver high quality work, quickly, in a dynamic organization under pressure.
  • SC and/or NC real estate license is a plus, but not required[HY1] .

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:


  • Ability to work in a standard office environment, including prolonged periods of sitting and computer use.
  • Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, with employees, business partners, and customers in person, by phone, and electronically.
  • Ability to maintain attention to detail and perform work requiring close visual focus, including reading printed materials and computer screens.
  • Ability to move throughout the workplace and perform occasional physical activities such as standing, walking, bending, stooping, and lifting up to 30 pounds.
  • Ability to travel occasionally for training, conferences, meetings, and company-sponsored events, and to work outside of normal business hours when business needs require.
