DuctMasters is hiring a full-time BDR - Customer Service Rep to join our Weston, FL office and help us continue to show up for our customers. You'll schedule appointments, coordinate with the field service team, and follow up with leads to convert them into loyal clients! BDR - CUSTOMER SERVICE REP COMPENSATION

Pay: $14.00 - $20.00/hour (based on experience) plus incentives for sold jobs and performance bonuses

Schedule: Monday - Friday, from 7:00 am - 4:00 pm, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, or 8:00 am - 6:00 pm

  • Fluent verbal and written English communication skills

  • Flexibility to work an after-hours and weekend shift rotation (we will provide advance notice)
  • Punctuality, reliability, and a professional appearance/attitude
