Job description

  • Are you the kind of person who brings the energy, not the excuses?
  • Do you genuinely enjoy helping people and making things happen—with a smile and a can-do attitude?

If you're friendly, confident, organized, and not afraid to pick up the phone, we want to meet you.

At ActionCOACH Milwaukee, we’re not your typical coaching firm. We’re a 100% veteran-owned business with a mission to create millionaires out of independent business owners. We believe locally owned businesses take care of their communities and we're committed to helping them scale their businesses. And we’re looking for a Rockstar to join us.

What you'll do: You'll create 2+ qualified meetings/week using a combination of the following tools

  • Run multi-strategy outreach (phone, email, LinkedIn, in-person) as one integrated system
  • Follow our targeting system so only qualified leads get booked
  • Follow-up sequences for warm leads
  • Populate our CRM and track your leads
  • Test and iterate on scripts and channels
  • Represent the brand at networking events

What success looks like

  • 2+ qualified meetings/wee
  • Improving conversion rates at each funnel stage
  • A system that creates a consistent lead flow for the business

What we're looking for

  • Proven experience in outbound sales, appointment setting, or lead generation (B2B a plus)
  • Self-directed — owns their pipeline and their process
  • Comfortable with the human part too: cold calls, real objections
  • Genuine curiosity about how small businesses work

What you'll get

  • Base + commission per qualified meeting, plus bonus on conversion to client — realistic first-year earnings of $90,000
  • One clear target (2 meetings/week) so you always know if the system's working
  • Direct mentorship from experienced business coaches
  • A front-row seat to how successful businesses are built

If this is you, apply now.
