Job Description:

Albert Lea Roofing is seeking a local highly motivated, adaptable Sales Representative to join our growing team. This is a field-based role perfect for someone who enjoys helping homeowners with exteriors projects, thrives on relationship-building, and is ready to grow in a high-performance, team-oriented environment. You'll be the face of our company, guiding homeowners through solutions for roofing, siding, windows, doors, and gutters and making a real difference in your community.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate and nurture leads through door-to-door outreach, referrals, and consistent follow-up
  • Conduct on-site inspections, accurately measure project needs, and document findings

using mobile tools

  • Present professional, customized solutions and estimates using CRM and estimating

software and completing sales appointments scheduled by our office team

  • Educate homeowners on materials, warranties, and energy-efficient upgrade options
  • Maintain clear communication with customers throughout the sales cycle
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project handoffs
  • Maintain company-issued tools and technology, including vehicle and laptop
  • Attend training sessions and actively engage in ongoing professional development
  • Represent Albert Lea Roofing with integrity, professionalism, and enthusiasm
  • Be available to attend home shows, community events, and other company-sponsored
