Job description

Job Title: Sales Development Representative (SDR) Company: Acquire Location: South Jordan, UT (On-site, 5 days/week) Employment Type: Full-time Reports To: Sales Manager

About the Role

Acquire is hiring a Sales Development Representative to join our sales floor in South Jordan, UT. This is a launchpad role for someone with 1-3 years of B2B sales experience who has already proven they can generate pipeline in a competitive market and is hungry to move up fast. You'll be the tip of the spear, finding, engaging, and qualifying the right prospects so our Account Executives can close.

This is an in-office role, on-site every day, working alongside a team that pushes each other to hit numbers.

Responsibilities

  • Run high-volume outbound prospecting (calls, email sequences, LinkedIn, and creative channels) against a defined ideal customer profile
  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads using our discovery framework
  • Book qualified meetings and hand off clean, well-documented opportunities to Account Executives
  • Hit and track weekly and monthly activity and pipeline-generation targets
  • Continuously test and refine outreach messaging based on what's converting
  • Keep CRM data clean and current

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of B2B sales, SDR, or business development experience with measurable results
  • Proven cold-outbound experience, with the ability to speak to specific cadences, call volume, and conversion rates
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Competitive, resilient, and coachable
  • Comfortable with CRM and sales engagement tools

Compensation

  • Base salary: $45,000/year
  • Plus $50 for every qualified appointment and additional $50 for signed deal.
  • Uncapped earning potential on top of base

What Success Looks Like

  • Hitting monthly qualified-meeting and pipeline-generation quota within the first 60-90 days
  • Promotion-ready to Account Executive within 6-9 months based on performance
