Job Description
The Inside Sales associate is primarily focused on working with retail and designer customers as well as select builders and their clients in selecting all aspects of interior and exterior lighting for residential projects including new construction and remodeling.

Passion Lighting is a family owned, award winning Grapevine based lighting showroom, serving local designers and builders for the last 20 years.  Most of our employees have been with us for several years or more and with 9000 sq ft of showroom space, we are one of the largest showrooms in DFW..
Job Responsibilities
As an Inside Sales associate, you are responsible for selling primarily retail and designers and their clients, servicing accounts and assuring a high level of customer support. Working in a award winning showroom environment, the Inside Sales associate will be expected to meet with the customers who visit the showroom; select products including finish, type and sizing; price same product and develop complete and accurate orders; maintain relationships with current and previous professionals, and provide excellent support and order follow through.  
 
Other responsibilities for the Inside Sales will include:
·         Greet customers in a professional, timely manner throughout the workday, ensuring a total positive experience
·         An ability to support retail customers with a wide variety of needs
·         Develop and then continually increase level of professional knowledge about lighting products in order to better service clients
·         Completing all aspects of lighting orders and confirming material arrival and delivery
·         Assisting in showroom promotions and events
·         Following up on orders including status, availability and communicate same effectively with client and customers
·         Communicate effectively and professionally with all Passion Lighting personnel as well as prospective customers and clients
 
Job Requirements
Our most successful Salespeople have come from a wide variety of backgrounds, but all have approached this position aggressively and have been willing to put in hard-work to build their member base. We look for Salespeople with strong communication skills, an upbeat attitude, customer focused and the ability to multi-task proficiently.
 
Other requirements for the Inside Sales:
·         Ability to write effective business correspondence
·         Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from clients, customers, and the general public
·         Ability to understand and effectively communicate numerical data as well as calculate figures and amounts
·         Highly organized
·         An effective ability to multi task
·         Knowledge of MS Outlook, Word, Excel and general internet competency
Compensation
The role is hourly and ranges from $18/hr to $22/hr plus sales commission of 1% of sales.  Commission within the first year can range from $1,0000 to $3,000 for successful candidates.
