Rogers Enterprises Inc. is a growing fine jewelry chain with stores spread through 15 states. Founded in 1910, this family-owned company operates under the names Rogers & Hollands Jewelers and Ashcroft & Oak Jewelers.
We are looking for individuals who are customer service orientated who can provide product knowledge to our guests and who can offer advice on styles, trends andappropriate jewelry for differentoccasions.
STORE POSITIONS
We will train you completely in the FINE JEWELRY SALES field and compensate you based on your individual performance with a 'best in the industry' compensation program that includes a base pay commensurate w/ experience and a raise and bonus program second to none. If you have a love of fine jewelry and a drive for sales, we would love to meet you!
DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Present and demonstrate jewelry pieces
  • Meet or exceed sales target
  • Process transactions accurately
  • Other duties as needed

BENEFITS
Full-Time Associates:
  • Health Insurance- Four plans available including prescription coverage- deductible defines differences
  • Dental and Vision- Two dental plans and a vision plan available to elect - High & Low Plan based upon directory of dentists
  • Additional Benefits- Additional benefits available include Life, Disability, Accident, Critical Illness, Hospital Indemnity, Flex. Spending & Health Savings Accounts, Pet Insurance, and Fitness Discounts.
  • Paid Time Off- 40 hours after 3 months, then 80 hours at 1 year anniversary. Extends to 25 days based upon tenure.
  • Holiday Pay- Thanksgiving, Christmas, and Easter
  • Discounts- Associate discounts available to all associates based upon tenure and level of position

  • Retirement / 401(k) Plan- Eligible for the company 401(k) if eligibility is met, following one year anniversary.

Part-Time Associates:
  • Illinois Paid Leave- available to Part-Time Associates who are not eligible for our company Paid Time Off (PTO) policy.
  • Retirement / 401(k) Plan- Eligible to participate in the company 401(k) if eligibility is met, following one year anniversary, and/or if eligibility is met during later periods of time.
