Job description

Sales Assistant: Titan Air, located in Osseo, WI is a leading manufacturer of industrial heating & cooling equipment.

We currently have an opening in the Sales department for a Sales Assistant.

Primary Job Objective: Participate in development, modification and application of existing and new company products; and developing and maintaining communications with all levels of staff and customers in a cooperative and professional manner.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist sales personnel in preparing sales quotations based on verbal and written specifications and drawings for HVAC representatives, OEM’s, and finishing accounts.
  • Provide project support and scheduling to sales personnel.
  • Assist with new product sales and marketing strategies.
  • Maintain an up-to-date understanding and working knowledge of company products and pricing procedures.
  • Work with engineering/production to get accurate component and structural information for pricing of custom equipment.

 

Qualifications:

  • Strong interpersonal communication skills and etiquette are required in order to deal with various customers, vendors, and co-workers.
  • Must have good oral and written communication skills.
  • Must have good phone etiquette and customer service mindset.
Must have strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office products
