Job Description

What You Get To Do:

The Sales Operations Analyst plays a critical role in supporting Elemental LED’s sales team by providing analytical and operational support. This position involves analyzing sales data, identifying trends, and providing actionable insights to improve sales performance and efficiency. The Sales Operations Analyst will work closely with the sales, marketing, and finance teams to ensure data accuracy, streamline processes, and support strategic decision-making.

As a Sales Operations Analyst, you’ll play a critical role in supporting our sales organization by:

  • Analyzing sales data to uncover trends, patterns, and actionable insights
  • Creating and distributing performance dashboards and reports
  • Developing and refining sales forecasts and performance KPIs
  • Monitoring sales performance against goals and making recommendations
  • Enhancing sales processes and operational efficiency
  • Managing sales tools and ensuring data accuracy
  • Supporting the sales team with operational needs like territory management, quota planning, and presentations
  • Collaborating cross-functionally with marketing and finance
  • Conducting market research to support strategic decisions
Qualifications

You Have a Unique Combination of Skills, Talents and Mindset, Including Many of the Following:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Minimum two (2) years of experience in a sales, technical, or customer-facing environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with demonstrated proficiency in SQL, including writing queries, analyzing datasets, and supporting reporting needs (required)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Familiarity with tools such as Configure One, Google Docs/Sheets, IFS, RingCentral
  • Knowledge of lighting industry terminology (a plus!)
  • Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
