What You'll Do

  • Develop and implement a proactive sales strategy aligned with business goals
  • Drive revenue through private events, group bookings, and VIP reservations
  • Build relationships with corporate clients, concierge networks, and event agencies
  • Lead all stages of the sales process, from prospecting to closing deals
  • Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within the team
  • Collaborate with marketing to create sales collateral and campaigns
  • Host site visits and liaise with clients to deliver exceptional event experiences
  • Oversee the planning and execution of all events at Sexy Fish Miami, from intimate gatherings to large-scale corporate functions.
  • Collaborate with the culinary and operations teams to ensure seamless event delivery.
  • Manage event budgets, timelines, and logistics to ensure profitability and client satisfaction.
  • Manage the CRM pipeline, reporting weekly performance and forecasting
  • Represent Sexy Fish Miami at networking events, tradeshows, and industry functions

What We're Looking For:

  • 5 years of experience in sales and event management, preferably within the luxury hospitality or restaurant industry.
  • A strong network of contacts in Miami’s hospitality and corporate scene
  • Impeccable communication and client-facing skills
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and highly organized
  • Ability to grasp, lift, move, or push goods on cart/truck weighing up to 15 pounds.
  • Ability to move safely in uneven terrain or in confined spaces.
  • Ability to tolerate varying conditions of noise level, temperature, and illumination
