Responsibilities
  • Domestic Expansion: Identify, pitch, and secure new domestic retail accounts to increase market share and household penetration.
  • Specialty Channel Development: Build go-to-market strategies tailored to specialty baby gear boutiques and independent juvenile retailers.
  • Relationship Management: Cultivate long-term relationships with retail buyers, ensuring they are equipped with the marketing and product knowledge to successfully resell our brands.
  • Obsolete Inventory Push: Strategically identify and push end-of-life or obsolete items to discounter, off-price, and closeout retailers to maximize recovery and free up warehouse capacity.
  • Margin Analysis: Evaluate deal terms and projected margins to ensure discounting strategies do not conflict with premium brand positioning.
  • Account Management: Manage and track your prospective business pipeline, prepare sales reports, and assist with account onboarding.
  • Retailer Promotion Planning: Design, execute, and monitor seasonal promotional calendars tailored to specific retail accounts to drive sell-through.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product, marketing, and logistics teams to facilitate retail initiatives, trade show coordination, and smooth product deliveries
