Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Territory Sales Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth within a designated territory by cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers, identifying new business opportunities, and promoting our specialty coatings products and services. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the coatings market, a passion for sales, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet and exceed sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales & Business Development:
    • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve or exceed territory sales goals.
    • Identify, prospect, and secure new customer accounts within the assigned territory.

    • Conduct regular sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential customers, showcasing the value and benefits of our specialty coatings products.
  • Market Analysis & Reporting:
    • Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to identify opportunities and threats.
    • Provide regular reports on sales performance, market conditions, and customer insights to management.
    • Stay updated on industry developments, new technologies, and innovations in the specialty coatings market.
  • Product Knowledge & Training:
    • Maintain a thorough understanding of the company's product portfolio and stay informed about the latest advancements in the coatings industry.
    • Provide technical support to customers, including product recommendations, application advice, and troubleshooting assistance.
    • Educate customers on the benefits and features of specialty coatings, including performance, durability, and environmental benefits.
  • Customer Relationship Management:
