Requirements

  • Must be physically located in the Southern Californiaarea
  • Ability to travel around 60%+ of the time to see out-of-town dealers is a must
  • High school diploma or equivalent required, Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • Management experience is a plus
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Great organizational and follow-up skills
  • Literacy with Mac OS computer systems
  • Familiarity with the Google Suite (ie, Docs, Sheets, Calendar, Gmail)
  • Ability to be on the phone, email, and communicate for about 8 hours/day
  • Familiarity with Salesforce CRM preferred
  • Sales or Dealer relationship management experience
  • Dedicated to being a forever learner of Product Knowledge (We create new SKUs every quarter!)
  • Ability to go above and beyond what is asked of you
  • Bilingual is a plus


Key Roles

  • Full Account Management and Ownership: Manage a portfolio of Dealer Partners by processing orders, providing support, and growing business sales
  • Patience and understanding of customer needs, ability to de-escalate when necessary
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with Dealer Partners
    • Identify opportunities to grow accounts
    • Identify areas of improvement for accounts (both internal and external)
  • Ensuring up-to-date product information, inventory, and promotion materials
  • Conduct training: virtual, in-person
  • Convert Leads to Accounts



Work from Home Office Hours:

Monday - Thursday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm PST with a 1-hour lunch

Fridays 8:00 am - 4:30 pm PST with a 30-minute lunch


Compensation:

Starting at $50,000+ DOE
