Major Account Sales Executive

Our client is a dynamic company offering a competitive total compensation package that includes a base salary, commissions, regular sales contests, manufacturer spiffs, and an annual President’s Club. They also provide paid holidays, a 401(k), medical and dental benefits, and a car allowance.

The focus of the Major Account Sales Executive position is to develop opportunities and grow the market share by selling new business to designated Major Accounts, as well as retain and grow current accounts in terms of revenue, gross profit, and implemented solutions. This role involves developing long-term relationships with key decision makers and maintaining exceptional customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities
  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas.
  • Develop key relationships with decision makers and influencers from assigned Major Account customers and prospects.
  • Maintain thorough knowledge of current product lines, business processes, and industry trends to be successful.
  • Develop new revenue from existing clients by consistently selling custom solutions.
  • Manage accounts through Quarterly Account Reviews and timely follow-through with customers.
  • Participate in training sessions, meetings, skill building, and professional development classes as requested and on your own.
  • Maintain a professional appearance and promote a positive company image at all times.
Qualifications
  • Industry Experience Preferred
  • High energy, activity driven sales professional
  • Experience interacting with C-level Executives, and business owners
  • Strong presentation skills, and high level positive inter-personal communication
  • 5+ years of successful outside (B2B) sales experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred
  • Geography to cover Major Accounts assigned in Western WA
  • Driving and occasional travel required
