Responsibilities for the Inside Sales Engineer
  • Position will be required to process all orders through EpicorERP system.
  • ISE will be responsible for day-to-day decisions related topricing and overall customer care within the company's established parameters.
  • ISE will coordinate and communicate regularly with outside salespersonto fully develop accounts within designated sales territory.
  • Interaction withcustomers on-site may be required at times.
  • ISE will assist customers with selection of products based onthe scope of project needs through various applications, prepare quotations andfollow-up on status.
  • ISE will need a comprehensive understanding of technicalproducts that may include but are not limited to concepts of pressure and flow.
  • ISE will troubleshoot situations with customers to analysis andinterpret any problems customers may encounter.

Requirements for the Inside Sales Engineer
  • Attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to workindependently or with a team are a must for success in this role.
  • Results-driven personality a plus.
  • Strong communication skills whether written, verbal or others requiredespecially using moderately complex terminology and concepts.
  • Bachelor's degree in technical field (electrical, engineering,etc.) or equivalent work experience is a bonus.
  • Technical aptitude and strong mathematical ability required.

The ideal candidate willhave abilities to interface with customers to fully develop an understanding ofcustomer needs and maintain open channels of communication with both internaland external partners to ensure all customer needs are met. Position is boundprimarily to a standard office desk station with occasional travel to localterritory during normal business hours.
