Job Brief
Kable Workforce Solutions is hiring a Regional Sales Engineer for our client. This job is responsible for driving sales growth across the West Coast (Arizona, Nevada, California), developing new business and expanding customer relationships, and providing technical solutions to support machining, automation, and manufacturing processes.
What’s a Typical Day Like?
  • Own and grow sales performance within an assigned Midwest territory
  • Develop new business and expand existing customer relationships
  • Work closely with end-user manufacturers, OEMs, machine tool dealers, and distributors
  • Analyze customer machining processes and propose tailored probing, laser, and software solutions
  • Support competitive evaluations and help customers justify ROI
  • Influence specifications on new machine builds and automation projects
  • Participate in customer visits, product demonstrations, trade shows, and regional events
  • Maintain accurate pipeline, forecasting, and customer data within CRM
What Are the Requirements of the Job?
  • 5 year’s experience in technical B2B sales within manufacturing, CNC machining, automation, or metrology
  • Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to engineers, managers, and decision-makers
  • Comfortable selling through a combination of direct and distributor channels
  • Strong organization, follow-through, and territory management skills
  • Willingness to travel up to 75% within the West Coast region
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Ability to work in fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to move or lift up to 50+ lbs.
  • Ability to reach, grasp, hold, push, pull, bend, twist, squat, climb, kneel.
  • Ability to utilize hand/eye coordination.
  • Capability to stand for prolonged periods of time
