Job Description: Outside Sales Engineer
Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Engineer to engage with industrial plants across manufacturing, oil & gas, pulp & paper, chemical processing, fertilizer, steel, agriculture and other industrial sectors. The core responsibility of this role is to establish new business relationships and expand opportunities with existing customers. Engineers looking to get into Technical Sales and existing Sales Engineers are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Business Development: Drive sales growth by targeting new customers and expanding business within existing accounts.
  • Consultative Selling: Collaborate with engineering, maintenance, production, HS&E, and procurement teams to understand their unique needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Product Expertise: Gain a deep understanding of customer processes and the full range of company products to select, design, and propose the most effective systems and equipment.
  • Proposal & Presentation: Prepare detailed proposals, conduct product demonstrations, and present solutions to clients both formally and informally.
  • Market Insights: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, monitor competitive landscape, and contribute to the development of marketing strategies.
Qualifications:
