Biofuel Execution Coordinator - Decatur, IL
ADM Customer Support
This is a full time, exempt position
This successful colleague will be responsible for providing world class customer support to ADM customers. As the Customer Support Team is often the first line of communication with customers, this individual must ensure they represent ADM well by being customer-focused and committed to driving solutions to ensure reliability. It is important that this candidate also maintain positive relationships with cross functional colleagues in Sales, Commercial, Supply Chain, Quality & Technical, Transportation, etc. There is opportunity for career growth within this group as the Customer Support Team is committed to improving processes and driving efficiencies.
Responsibilities
Create excellent relationships with customers and be responsive to their needs
Obtain strong working knowledge of ADM products and systems
Review contract and pricing specifics, entering detail into ADM systems in a timely fashion.
Process customer orders, inquiries, and properly route complaints
Work closely with internal and external colleagues to account for accurate tax detail, confirm on time delivery, and generate/distribute accurate documentation
Assist with managing inventory levels at the plants and terminals, determining transportation needs, storage requirements and production.
Assist with the distribution/logistics for trucks, rail, barges and vessels.
Assist with accounts receivable efforts
Review various reports to confirm proper contract application, proper invoicing, etc.
Prepare general business correspondence
Coordinate other functions as needed
Additional Qualifications/Responsibilities
Skills and Qualifications

Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to collaborate in a team-oriented environment
A positive customer centric disposition
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
The ability to learn web-based and other computer applications as needed
Excellent keyboarding skills
Bachelor's degree or previous Customer Support experience is preferred
Experience using internal systems (i.e. - contract, order, inventory and accounts receivable computer systems) is preferred
Decision-making abilities
Multitasking and the Ability to adapt to a constantly changing environment
Attention to detail
Physical requirements include:
Sitting for prolonged periods of time, operating a keyboard, standing, filing, bending, kneeling and effectively working on the telephone.
