Human Resources Generalist - Onsite at Forrest City Medical Center

Job Summary:

  • Facilitate onboarding and orientation for new hires, ensuring timely completion of required documentation and credentialing.
  • Administer and troubleshoot employee benefit programs, including enrollments, changes, and terminations.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential personnel files, ensuring all required documents are filed and up-to-date.
  • Manage and update the Human Resources Information System (HRIS), including employee changes, terminations, and reporting.
  • Manage HR supply inventory and order materials as needed.
  • Track mandatory employee training and certifications, and notify leaders of upcoming expirations.

Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Associates degree or higher in Human Resources or Business Administration preferred.
  • Four (4) years office experience.
  • Four (4) years Healthcare Human Resources experience preferred.
  • PHR Certification preferred.
  • Strong organizational, administrative, and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); experience with HRIS systems (e.g., UltiPro, Paycom, ADP).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
