• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients, including detailed assessments of their medical histories, physical capabilities, and specific needs to formulate effective treatment plans.

As a Physical Therapist at Forest Manor Rehabilitation Services, you will work with a diverse patient population, including individuals recovering from surgeries, injuries, or chronic conditions. Your efforts will focus on providing tailored therapy that addresses unique physical challenges and promotes significant improvements in mobility, strength, and independence.

• Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy, with a Doctorate in Physical Therapy preferred.
• Current and valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) from the American Heart Association, ensuring readiness for any medical scenarios.
• New graduates are encouraged to apply; prior professional experience is not a prerequisite.

While previous work experience is not required, candidates with clinical rotations or internships in outpatient settings or home health are highly desirable. Familiarity with manual therapy techniques and patient-centered care approaches is an added advantage.
