Job Overview

  • Mandatory Licenses & Certifications: Valid Driver’s License, OSHA 10 (or completion before first pay period), and 2A/1C Hydraulic License (for equipment operation).

The Opportunity You will transform architectural visions into reality by constructing premium patios, walkways, and structural stone features. This role offers the chance to showcase your craftsmanship on diverse residential and commercial projects within a team that values quality and detail. How You Will Make an Impact

  • Construct intricate patios, paver walkways, and retaining walls using natural stone and concrete systems.
  • Execute precise site preparation including excavation, grading, base compaction, and drainage installation.
  • Interpret project plans and elevations to ensure all installations meet exact measurements and layout lines.
  • Operate specialized machinery such as skid steers, mini excavators, and masonry saws with a focus on safety.
  • Finish high-quality masonry work with meticulous attention to detail, cutting, and final appearance.
  • Lead winter operations by supporting snow and ice management through equipment operation or site leadership.
  • Collaborate with project managers to report site conditions and manage material needs efficiently.

Required Qualifications & Experience

  • 3+ years of experience in masonry, hardscape installation, or landscape construction.
  • Proven ability to install structural retaining walls, stone steps, and complex paver systems.
  • Proficiency in grading, drainage solutions, and base preparation techniques.
  • Physical capability to perform outdoor labor and lift 50+ pounds regularly.
  • Possession of a 2A/1C hydraulic license to operate company equipment on-site.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience

  • Advanced knowledge of natural stone masonry and custom rock wall construction.
  • Experience leading small crews or managing job site logistics.
  • Previous involvement in large-scale commercial landscape construction projects.
  • Strong background in winter storm response and snow plowing operations.
