We are seeking an experienced and client-focused Enterprise Software Consultant specializing in Sage 100. In this role, you will lead and support the implementation, configuration, optimization, and ongoing support of Sage 100 ERP systems for our clients. You'll collaborate closely with client teams to assess business needs, design effective solutions, and deliver high-quality projects that align with organizational goals.

Essential Functions and Primary Duties

  • Lead the end-to-end implementation and upgrade projects for Sage 100 ERP, including requirements gathering, system design, configuration, data migration, testing, training, and go-live support
  • Collaborate with clients to analyze business processes and identify opportunities to enhance efficiency and performance using Sage 100
  • Customize and configure Sage 100 modules (Accounting, Inventory, Manufacturing, Distribution, etc.) based on client needs
  • Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and maintenance of Sage 100 environments
  • Conduct user training and develop supporting documentation to ensure successful system adoption
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, providing best practice recommendations and solution roadmaps
  • Coordinate with internal technical teams, project managers, and third-party vendors as required
  • Stay up to date with the latest Sage 100 features, updates, and industry trends to inform client recommendations
  • Contribute to proposal development and sales support as a subject matter expert when required

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Information Systems, Business, Computer Science, or related field preferred
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience implementing and supporting Sage 100 ERP
  • Strong understanding of business processes such as accounting, finance, inventory management, and distribution
  • Excellent client-facing, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a consulting environment
  • Experience with data migration, integration, and reporting tools within the Sage 100 ecosystem
  • Sage 100 certification(s) highly desirable
  • Ability to travel occasionally for client engagements
