Role Overview
Accordant Company, LLC seeks a Sage Intacct Implementation Support team member to join our growing organization. We are actively expanding and looking for dedicated professionals who are knowledgeable in our industry, adept at client interactions, and excited to contribute to a dynamic and fast-growing company.
The Sage Intacct Implementation Support role will be instrumental in guiding clients through the implementation process of Sage Intacct solutions. This position ensures the successful deployment of core financial modules, provides end-user training, and strengthens our Sage Intacct practice.
Key Responsibilities
  • Engage with clients, fostering a positive and collaborative relationship.
  • Contribute to the team dynamics with an enthusiastic and collaborative attitude.
  • Project coordination: Working with clients and other parties to coordinate projects
  • Project tracking: Keeping track of projects and updating documentation and checklists
  • Client needs: Identifying and assessing client needs and issues
  • Compliance: Ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations
  • Project schedule: Working with the implementation lead to manage changes to the project schedule and scope
  • Provide comprehensive end-user training on Sage Intacct functionalities.
  • Offer support through the lifecycle of the implementation, addressing clients' issues or concerns.
  • Collaborate with clients to introduce opening balances as of the designated cutoff date.
  • Effectively communicate with clients and internal teams to ensure clear understanding and expectations.
  • Consistently and accurately track daily timesheets in the project management tool
  • Provide assistance to the Ongoing Support team

Minimum Requirements
  • Must obtain the Sage Intacct Implementation Specialist certification within 1-3 months of hire.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a keen interest in client-facing roles.
  • Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively.
  • Demonstrated ability to work harmoniously within a team setting.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Teams, OneDrive, etc)
  • Ability to operate effectively in a remote environment.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance.
  • Public accounting experience.
