Sage 300 System Data Management Analyst

The Sage 300 System Data Management Analyst, with a strong financial background, is responsible for configuring and optimizing the Sage 300 system to meet our financial needs. Additionally, the role involves harnessing advanced tools like Power BI and Excel to develop and maintain reporting solutions that enhance data analysis and decision-making processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial System Configuration:
    • Customize and configure the Sage 300 system to align with financial processes and reporting requirements.
    • Maintain and update system settings, parameters, and configurations for financial data accuracy.
  • Financial Data Management:
    • Manage and ensure the integrity of financial data within the Sage 300 system, including data imports, updates, and validation.
    • Implement rigorous data quality controls to maintain the accuracy of financial data.
    • Collaborate with finance and accounting departments to streamline financial data processes.
  • Advanced Reporting Development:
    • Utilize advanced tools such as Power BI and Excel to design and create custom financial reports, dashboards, and data visualizations.
    • Gather financial reporting requirements from stakeholders and translate them into actionable solutions.
    • Ensure the timely and accurate delivery of financial reports to support strategic decision-making.
