Job description

This is a 100% on-site role at our Irvine location.
Pay Range is $70,000 to $80,000 annually.
As a Junior Program Manager at ADDMAN Polymer, you will support the execution of programs for customers across Commercial Space/Aerospace & Defense, medical, and high-end industrial markets. Working under the guidance of senior program management leadership, you will assist in coordinating activities from contract award through delivery, helping ensure performance across cost, quality, schedule, and customer satisfaction.
In this role, you will collaborate closely with engineering, operations, quality, and supply chain teams to help drive program success in a fast-paced, high-mix manufacturing environment. This position is ideal for someone looking to develop strong program management skills while gaining exposure to advanced manufacturing and customer-facing operations.
Requirements
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
  • Support Program Managers in day-to-day execution of assigned programs.
  • Assist in coordinating program schedules, deliverables, and internal resources.
  • Help maintain strong communication with customers, including status updates and follow-ups.
  • Track program performance metrics such as on-time delivery, quality, and cost.
  • Support contract administration activities, including scope tracking and change management.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams (engineering, manufacturing, quality, supply chain) to ensure alignment and timely execution.
  • Assist in identifying risks and support mitigation planning.
  • Prepare internal reports, dashboards, and customer-facing updates.
  • Participate in program reviews and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Maintain accurate documentation within ERP/MRP and program management systems.

SKILL REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic understanding of program or project management principles.
  • Problem-solving mindset with a willingness to learn.

  • Familiarity with AS9100 or regulated environments is beneficial but not required.
  • PMP certification not required; interest in pursuing certification is a plus.

WORK ENVIRONMENT:
  • The performance of this position will require exposure to the manufacturing areas where all areas require the use of personal protective equipment such as safety glasses, hearing protection, steel toe shoes, and other mandatory safety equipment when on the shop floor
  • For the most part, ambient temperatures are climate controlled due to production requirements
  • Standard indoor office conditions

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
  • Frequent reaching, bending, stooping, kneeling, and crouching
  • Ability to wear required personal protective equipment (PPE), including respirators, gloves, safety glasses, and protective clothing
  • Prolonged sitting and computer use
  • Frequent use of hands for typing and operating office equipment
  • Occasional standing, walking, bending, or reaching
  • Ability to lift light items (typically up to 15-25 lbs, if applicable)
