Job description

Position Overview
We are seeking a knowledgeable and proactive Safety Officer to support and enforce onsite safety programs and occupational safety and health standards. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work across multiple job sites while promoting a culture of safety.
Required Qualifications
  • Proven experience with onsite safety and occupational safety and health
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
  • Strong public speaking and presentation skills
  • OSHA 10 and OSHA 30 certifications (or equivalent)
  • Clean driving record
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish
  • Flexible schedule with willingness to travel as needed

Preferred Qualifications
  • OSHA 510 and/or OSHA 500
  • CHST (Construction Health and Safety Technician)
  • CSP (Certified Safety Professional) or ASP (Associate Safety Professional)
  • CRIS (Construction Risk and Insurance Specialist)
  • Extensive knowledge of OSHA Subparts
