Safety Coordinator (Entry to Mid-Level)

About Us

All In Safety Professionals is a North Carolina–based firm providing fully bilingual workplace safety and risk management services across the Southeast. We partner with companies in construction, manufacturing, logistics, and general industry to build safer workplaces by removing language barriers and supporting OSHA compliance. Our services include safety audits, bilingual training, compliance consulting, risk assessments, incident investigations, site-specific safety programs, and dedicated safety management support.

About the Opportunity

We're expanding and seeking a Safety Coordinator to support client projects across North Carolina, South Carolina, and parts of Georgia. This is a strong fit for someone with field experience or current certifications looking to build their safety career across a variety of active job sites.

Scope of work includes:

  • Conducting field safety audits and site inspections at client locations
  • Delivering toolbox talks, safety training support, and daily safety communications
  • Documenting findings, tracking corrective actions, and maintaining safety records
  • Assisting with incident reporting and investigations
  • Serving as a visible, approachable safety resource on active project sites

Requirements

  • OSHA 30-Hour Construction (minimum)
  • CPR/First Aid certification (current)
  • Reliable vehicle and valid driver's license — regular travel throughout NC, SC, and GA is required
  • Strong attention to detail and solid documentation practices
  • Comfortable working on active construction sites in field conditions

Preferred Qualifications
