How you will make an impact

  • Conduct keyword research and user intent analysis using SEO tools to create content outlines for transactional topics for writers and optimize existing content for both traditional search, AI Optimization (AIO), and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO).
  • Partner on the ideation and execution of a scalable content strategy designed to grow qualified organic traffic while increasing visibility across AI-powered search experiences.
  • Optimize on-page SEO elements including titles, meta descriptions, headers, internal linking, and structured content to improve rankings, click-through rates, and AI/LLM comprehension.
  • Collaborate closely with SEO, editorial, and product teams to align content execution with evolving search algorithms, AI-driven search behavior, and business goals.
  • Analyze SEO best practices, competitive landscapes, and performance data to identify and apply optimization opportunities, including content gaps and AIO/GEO-friendly formatting and coverage.
  • Monitor and report on organic performance metrics such as traffic, rankings, CTR, and AI search visibility, using insights to continuously refine content and optimization strategies.

This is a hybrid position that requires candidates to be able to come into our Cambridge, MA office.

Who you are

  • A self-starter with 1-2 years of experience in an SEO/Content role
  • B.A./B.S. degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Data Analytics, or Computer Science preferred
