We're looking for Safety & Risk professionals who bring infectious energy, genuine hospitality, and expertise to every guest interaction at one of South Beach's most legendary destinations.

This role is all about being the first impression and the information hub. You'll greet guests with genuine warmth, check IDs, manage entry flow, and set the tone for an amazing night. But you're also knowledgeable—you know our menus, our offerings, our vibe—and you guide guests confidently, answer their questions, and help them discover what makes The Clevelander special. You're the face of safety and hospitality combined. You handle situations with tact, excellent communication, and a fun attitude that keeps the energy positive. Your job is to protect our guests, team and venue while making everyone feel welcomed, informed, and excited. Attention to detail, quick decision-making, strong interpersonal skills, and infectious professionalism are everything. What We're Looking For: Professional, outgoing individuals with strong hospitality mindset and genuine passion for service. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Product knowledge—able to discuss menus, offerings, and answer guest questions confidently. Ability to remain calm under pressure while maintaining a welcoming, fun demeanor. Minimum Qualifications:

  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Must be able to work flexible shifts that include evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • 1 year hospitality/nightlife or security/operations experience required.
  • Security or hospitality experience preferred.
  • CPR/First Aid certification a plus.
